NEGC Remodeling is looking for full-time experienced and driven contractors. Please fill out an application and include your resume.
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Painting Ceilings/ Walls/ Trim
- Tiles- Floor and Bathtub/ Shower Surround
- Trim Work- Base boards, casings, etc.
- Install Laminate/Vinyl Plank Flooring
- Carpentry
- Interior doors
- Exterior doors
- Kitchen Cabinets
- Bathroom Vanities
- Plumbing Fixtures
- Light fixtures
- Vinyl Windows
Salary would depend on qualifications.
A little information about the kind of work that we do. We are a full service general construction company. Majority of the work will be in the Chicago Land area. (South Side). Residential.
We work with property management companies providing tenant turnover services and help with their overflow of tenant work orders.
We work with real estate investors remodeling distressed properties and getting them ready for sale.
Our company also purchases properties and gets them ready for sale or for rent.
Majority of the properties we work on are vacant. Some may be occupied by a tenant. You will need to travel to each job site. You will be working in groups of 2 or more.
Steady Work
40 Hour work week. Monday-Friday. 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm.
~90 Day probation period~

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

NEGC Remodeling is looking to partner with a Licensed Plumber in both the State of Illinois and City of Chicago.
We perform work on residential properties. This includes: basic residential plumbing repairs, re-pipes, drains and sewer line replacements.
Qualifications:
- Must have a plumbers License in the State of Illinois as well as the City of Chicago
- Must have experience
- Have knowledge of current city and state regulations
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
